The Fletchers Story

Life has a funny way of surprising us, doesn’t it? Sometimes, the best adventures in life are the ones we stumble upon unexpectedly.

Back in 2021, we thought we were heading for California, looking for a quiet, relaxing life. We ended up on a breathtaking 18th-century farm in the serene landscapes of the Peak District.

We swapped miles of sun-drenched beaches for 120-acres of water-logged fields… and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Dreams of idyllic countryside living soon turned into the realities of learning the land, working hard and discovering small family farming.

Every day was mixed with bewilderment, wonder and a huge learning curve, but as we grew, as our family grew, we jumped in, we embraced every moment, and we fell in love with farming. Never did we think our journey would resonate with so many people.

We wanted something new. What we found was an unexpected passion for farming life. We couldn’t be more grateful and now… we wouldn’t have it any other way.
