Wash Care Instructions
Dry cleaning is recommended to help preserve my softness, shape and colour. If you’d prefer to wash me at home, use a wool or hand wash cycle at 30°C. For a natural refresh, simply hang me outside in the fresh air. Wool is naturally odour-resistant, so airing is often all I need to feel fresh again.
Return policy
You are welcome to return items up to 14 days after purchasing for a full refund, as long as the items are returned, in sellable condition and come back to us with the existing packaging.
Shipping
All orders are packed and shipped by ourselves on our farm every Thursday. At times of increased demand this may vary but we endeavour to dispatch your order within 7 days. We offer next day delivery.
