We offer next working day delivery which is charged at £4.99.

Orders are packed with care by ourselves on our farm. We try and dispatch orders twice a week.

During periods of increased demand, dispatches may be delayed.

You will receive a confirmation email upon ordering and then another email once your order has been dispatched.

You are welcome to return items up to 14 days after purchasing for a full full refund, as long as the items are returned, in sellable condition and come back to us with the existing packaging (where relevant).

We are unable to pay for the cost of your return, so please use a courier that covers the cost of the item, as we will not be held responsible for anything happening to it. 

If you want to return an item please email us at orders@fletchersonthefarm.co.uk and quote your order number, we will then send you the details needed to process the return.

Returns cannot be made in person, we will only accept returns via courier.
